Prayer time actually practiced throughout the world

The following is the list of the angle of sun position below horizon to determine Fajr time and Isha time as applied by various bodies throughout the world. There is no problem (or no differences) to determine the time for sunrise, noon (Duhr), and sunset (Maghrib). The Asr time is also no conflicting between various bodies, which is based on the length of shadow of an object.
